I liked its supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating employees.
I booked a room with an extremely comfy bed, central heating, television, and coffee/tea making equipment. It had pleasant views of the park and a modern decor. The setting was magnificent, near to trains passing three times in the night, and numerous restaurants, coffee shops, and bars.

Our stay at the Indigo was well worth the money. The room had a modern decor with a touch of Columbus architecture, which we loved. The location was perfect, within walking distance to downtown and the Visitor Center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and we even had the pleasure of being served breakfast by one of our former students.
The breakfast could have been improved by making the yogurt parfait less sweet.

This hotel had great attention to detail and a fantastic location. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with pops of color inspired by the artistic themes of Columbus. The synthetic hardwood floors were a nice touch. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The hotel's proximity to downtown made it worth the extra money, and it was also walkable to the visitor center for architectural information and several important pieces in this extraordinary city.
The breakfast could have had more variety for the price.
